I am a registered psychotherapist and co-founder of You Therapies YXE in downtown Saskatoon, where I provide both in-person sessions and virtual sessions to the surrounding area of Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Alberta and British Columbia. My practice is rooted in a trauma-informed and integrative approach, drawing from Gestalt, Humanistic, Motivational Interviewing, Compassionate Inquiry, and Polyvagal-informed care. I specialize in supporting individuals and families navigating trauma, addictions, and recovery. I am passionate about helping people reconnect with their resilience, build meaningful change, and create lives aligned with their refined values meeting them where they are at in this present moment.
