With over a decade of experience in the field of mental health and addiction, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate their unique journeys toward healing and growth. I am EMDR trained and I hold a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor’s in Psychology. I’m also proud to be certified as CCPCP-R through the Canadian College of Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists, and registered with the Association of Counselling Therapy of Alberta (ACTA). I’m a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) and Certified Multiple Addiction Therapist (CMAT).
I take an eclectic, client-centred, trauma-informed approach to my work, tailoring techniques to meet each individual's unique needs.
My experiences have taught me that healing is possible with the right support and care. Life’s challenges may feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face them alone. Together, we can work toward achieving your personal therapeutic goals.
